The general communication modules are designed to help client-facing professionals manage their communication with international clients optimally.
We will cover everything from building relationships, to dealing with challenges like non-compliant or unsatisfied clients.
1. Building relationships: smalltalk, pleasantries, reactions to staple situations
2. Email and Phone etiquette
3. New client onboarding (calls, inquiries, first meeting, etc.)
4. Dealing with non-compliant clients/improving communication about expectations and requirements
5. Managing unsatisfied clients/dealing with client complaints
6. Active listening for client and inhouse communication
* Elaine is originally from New York State. In addition to being a native English speaker, Elaine is fluent in both Spanish and German. She has studied Economics and business and has practical work experience in the fields of International tax law and transfer pricing.
